Pilates
Lisa Stuart-Jung, certified Pilates Instructor
Lisa is a native Victorian and has been married almost six years. She has been a fitness instructor for over 25 years and is passionate about being healthy and active. She has studied dance all of her life and has taught group fitness for many years. Lisa loves teaching and inspiring others to meet their fitness goals.
Lisa began to research Pilates and Yoga to challenge herself and to relieve back pain and was given a wonderful opportunity to go through a one year, extensive training in Pilates. She loves the feeling of accomplishment in helping others to become fit and healthy.
Currently Lisa teaches Pilates and is pursuing certifications in Yoga, ZUMBA, Aquatics, and Boot Camp instruction. Staying involved in the world of health and fitness has given her discipline and direction in all areas of her life. She also is a self-employed interior designer.
